Meg Website Guide

This guide takes you from a fresh Mac to a deployed personal website at megmude.com. About a half day end to end.

Read the chapters in order. Each one ends with a checklist so you know whether to move on.

   Sign in to GitHub and accept the Cloudflare member invite.
3. 02 — Scaffold your site
   Create the GitHub repo, build the starter site, push it live.
4. 03 — Fill the shell
   Edit your bio, contact, experience, and add real writing.
5. 04 — Spawn design variants
   Run several design directions in parallel; pick the one you like.
6. 05 — Review variants with Nexus-Council
   Run a panel of expert personas against your previews and pick a winner.
7. 06 — Promote the winner to production
   Merge the chosen variant to main, deploy production, point megmude.com at it.
8. 07 — Day-to-day iteration
   Edit your bio, add articles, run copy review, ship updates.
